Elite Management Service

Our Elite Management Service takes care of the day-to-day running of a tenancy. This service includes:

  • Free market appraisal with advice on letting legislation and advice on presentation to the market
  • Professional photography, floorplan and To Let board
  • Advertising on all major property portals
  • Accompanied Viewings by a senior member of staff
  • Full Membership of UKALA with redress for landlord and tenant
  • Total Loss Client Money Protection
  • Member of the Property Redress Scheme for Sales and Lettings
  • Detailed Referencing Checks on all tenants over 18 years of age
  • Negotiation on tenancy terms, create pre-tenancy documents, prepare and sign Tenancy Agreements
  • Full photographic inventory to include full check-in and check-out reports at the beginning and end of tenancy
  • 24/7 reporting of emergency repairs for tenants
  • Property maintenance and repairs carried out by or trusted contractors from our preferred panel of suppliers
  • Rent collection and BACS payments to landlords

Entry Level Package

Our Entry Level Package is great for if you do not require a fully managed service. This service includes:

  • Free market appraisal with advice on letting legislation and advice on presentation to the market
  • Professional photography, floorplan and To Let board
  • Advertising on all major property portals
  • Accompanied Viewings by a senior member of staff
  • Completed application forms and full reference procedures for prospective tenant(s)
  • Legal paperwork to include tenancy agreement served to tenant and landlord for commencement of tenancy
